Hey guys, so I finally completed my script....I cant explain how excited I am!!!!
The video begins with no music but uses diegetic sound, this is because the song I'm using is quite short and I require the video to be slightly longer.
SCENE 1- Begins with (diegetic sound)
Girl: showering(diegetic sound) focus on the shower, steam.....(black screen)- shows phone ringing on bathroom sink...vibrating.....(black screen)...knob being closed
Boy- on his laptop (scrolling through her instagram page) calling her (diegetic sound)sound of call going through, sips water.
SCENE 2 - Music begins (31 secs)
Girl-focus on hand reaching out for towel,(jump cut) wears slippers, (jump cut)looks at mirror after rinsing her face, (jump cut)her drying face, (jump cut) her applying face cream, (jump cut) camera follows her behind (medium shot) as she uses her phone (focus on phone) 7 missed calls 4messages
Boy- His friend shows up to watch football match, he's not paying attention(focus on him on his phone typing and cancelling message(0ne's point of view)......camera angle changed, capturing friend looking at him in a blur with main focus on phone from the side)
SCENE 3 (42 secs)
Girl- places outfit on bed... (jump cuts) her doing her makeup.........eyebrows ,foundation ,eyeshadow, lip-gloss. Admires self...phone rings.....picks phone and looks at it.......(flashback of her knocking his door(one's point of view, opens door as his still talking to person in his house, makes eye contact, realizes it her and tries to slightly shut door, girl pushes it opened and sees a girl on his sofa looking comfortable, captures her reaction at a close up shot from his point of view......present day, her staring at herself in the mirror at a close up, rushes past mirror...
DOUBLE SCREEN (10 secs)
Girl- collects jacket and house keys.....goes back to mirror to quickly confirm her makeup is on check(jump cut) door shuts
boy- collects car keys....looks at himself in mirror looking frustrated, fixes his hair (jump cut) door shuts
SCENE 4 (20 secs)
Girl- (jump cuts) her meeting friends...hugging them....setting up picnic......different shots angles of them laughing and having a good time....eating.....them taking pictures
Boy- (jump cuts) him driving to her place.....him looking frustrated....hooting aggressively........getting out of his car.....knocking on her door...peeping through house window.....walking back and forth....seats out side
DOUBLE SCREEN (17 secs)
Boy-Him going through pictures and videos of them together
Girl- being taken pictures with friends(looking happy)
SCENE 5 (55 secs)
Girl saying bye to friends......checking uber details and......getting into uber(jump cut)........earpods on.....showing outside of car in blur, (jump cut) girl alights uber......captures boys reaction at a (close up) looks shocked, camera follows her behind.....captures him coming out of his car in a blur......captures reaction of her seeing him(close up).......(jump cut) them walking towards each other and stand staring at eachother at close up.......then slowly zooms out (dolly out movement)...... revealing her pregnancy........activity happening in the back ground in a blur. Camera moves vertically.....facing the sky and video ends there.
